Hello. My name is Paula P. Gearan.  I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a licensed School Adjustment Counselor.  I am specially trained to work with children, couples, families and individuals.  

I have a strong commitment to social justice and I am passionate about helping people to resolve conflict, grief, loss and anger.

 

A large part of my practice is to view suffering as an expected experience in life, and that by practicing mindfulness and assertiveness, one can free themselves of unnecessary pain and suffering.
